Keep Your Identity To Yourself

It was a Friday afternoon, and I was at the main post office in town. As I crossed the parking lot to enter the building I noticed a uniformed city police officer ahead of me going through the entrance. Why I was so focused on him would soon be revealed?

I had gone to my mail box to retrieve the mail. After reviewing each piece to make sure it was all addressed to me, I bundled it to leave, junk pieces and all. As I came back around from my box towards the main lobby, I noticed this law enforcer breaking the law of common sense. He also had a post office box and was going through his mail, but he was trashing his unopened envelopes. I could not believe my eyes. This person would arrest identity theft thieves, but he could not see his actions contributing to the wildfire of identity theft to himself.

What Makes A Home Mortgage Good or Bad?

This question is the beginning point when I talk about “how to” select a home mortgage. One factor that makes a mortgage good or bad is its interest rate. The interest rate is the cost to borrow money. This cost, plus the amount you want to borrow, must be paid back as agreed to the lender. A bad mortgage will always cost you to forfeit future financial happiness. A bad mortgage is a mortgage that you ended up with because you could have locked-in or qualified for a lower interest rate.
